Non-woven Filter Rolls / Coolant Filter Paper
Filter Paper, Coolant Filter Fabric Rolls, Filter Media, Filter Rolls, Non-woven Filter Material...known by many names, but if you have a machine tool using a coolant liquid, whether a water based emulsion or a neat oil, chances are that you use some form of Coolant Filter Roll.
Used on many different makes and types of Coolant Filtration systems like the continuous band (paper-band) coolant filter tank, deep bed filter system etc. depending on the application and filtration requirements determines the material and grade of media that you require.
We hold a large stock of many of the standard materials, widths and grades of Non-woven filter rolls including Polypropylene, Viscose, Polyester and Polyester Needle felt in lengths of 50m, 100m and 200m depending on the material and grade. We try to stock standard widths and grades to fit straight onto most coolant systems which use this method of filtration. If, however your system takes a different size then we can also cut rolls to any size required*
Polypropylene (PL) and Viscose (TX)
These are the most commonly used materials on continuous band (paper band) filter systems which is why we have these available in most of the commonly used sizes and grades.
Polyester Needle Felt (PN), Polyester (PE) and Viscose / Polyester (VP)
This material is less common (but not unknown) on regular coolant systems but typical for more complex filtration systems. We keep some rolls of this in stock of in common grades and sizes but usually we supply this to meet your individual requirements. If you use certain rolls on an ongoing basis then we look at holding stocks so we are able to supply them quickly.
